The principles the subscription agreement will put in writing.
Draft only. The subscription agreement, including liability, data-processing terms and governing law, will be provided in writing and must be reviewed by a lawyer in Curaçao before the first paying customer.
Principles we intend to put in writing
- You own your data, your content and your domain. You can export your data at any time.
- Payments from your renters go to your own merchant account; the platform does not hold your funds.
- Your rental conditions, agreement text and policies are yours; the software does not provide legal advice.
- Subscriptions are billed monthly by invoice and can be cancelled with notice.
