Straight answers
Do you take a percentage of my bookings?
No. You pay the subscription. Card payments go from your customer to your own merchant account; your provider charges its own fees.
Can I leave?
Yes. Nothing is charged in the first 30 days, and after that plans are month to month — cancel with notice. You can export your data at any time, and domains we register are in your company's name.
Which currencies?
Eleven Caribbean currencies: the US dollar, euro, Caribbean guilder, Aruban florin, East Caribbean dollar, Dominican peso, and the Jamaican, Bahamian, Barbados, Trinidad and Tobago and Cayman Islands dollars. Each company picks one base currency.
Do I need a payment provider on day one?
No. You can take bookings with pay-on-arrival, and test online payments in test mode while your merchant account is being approved.
What does the setup cost?
Setting up in the app yourself is free. You start with 30 days free on the plan you choose — no card needed. After 30 days the plan's monthly price applies, billed monthly by invoice in US dollars. Guided onboarding, data migration and on-site training are quoted separately.
